Lara got to meet Santa on Sunday. We waited in line for over an hour and got in right before he took a break to feed the reindeer. She did awesome. The only time she cried was when we wouldn't left her crawl on the floor. Once she got on Santa's lap, she'd stare at him then look at the camera, then stare at Santa, then look at the camera. No smile, but also no screaming.
